As women, we move through many seasons - midlife is the season where we reflect, let go, reset and live intentionally. I mentor women who need some guidance to reconnect with or rediscover themselves through self-love, skincare and simple, sustainable wellness practices that work in real life.
Through my signature program, retreats, talks or one to one guidance, I support women as they step into this new chapter empowered, curious and ready to live fully and intentionally.

Through guided sessions, workshops, retreats and brand activations, I create spaces that invite clarity, presence and a deeper sense of self, without pressure to have it all figured out.

I deliver keynotes and talks for women navigating midlife, creating space for honest conversation, reflection and reconnection. Blending insight with practical tools, I speak on self-love, mindful skincare and sustainable wellness, offering simple ways for women to live mindfully and intentionally.

My guided session are a sanctuary for women to slow down, breathe and connect with self in a grounded, accessible way.
Using meditation as a foundation, I infuse breathwork, massage, gentle movement and sensory elements such as scent and sound, to create a calm environment where women can pause, reset and tune back into their bodies.

I curate intimate retreats for women to step away from the treadmill of daily life and reconnect with/rediscover themselves.

I collaborate with brands to create thoughtful, wellness-led activations that resonate with midlife women. Blending self-love, mindful skincare and simple, sustainable practices, I design and deliver experiences that feel meaningful and create space for transformation.
